       3. Warranty claim is submitted, and the approvals are obtained based on the rule-based workflow configuration applicable for specification
       4. Parts are directly sent to supplier location based on the decision made during the approval
       5. Claims are directly process by Supplier

  •   This functionality/application can be developed by developer community interacting with channel partners and Suppliers using SAP BTP platform capabilities.
